As for background, I began a career in advertising and political consulting before I decided selling my soul wasn't a good idea. So, I got into high end audio. Turns out that was a cooler use of a journalism and polical science degree. Ran a company called Audio Concepts for 17 years before it went bust. Now own a smaller company and having more fun. It allows me to make use of many interests, from music and programming to writing and marketing. Now, lest you think I'm squandering a sultry voice on idle pursuits, I did sing with the Houston Symphony Chorus for a couple seasons and do a little voice-over work on the side. My wife and three children manage to put up with me, although two of said children have moved out and are no longer in any immediate danger. And yes, I have a dachshund and have had them since I was five... anywhere from one to three at any given time.
